Can I take my children or pets with me?

Bringing pets to Mallorca always depends strongly on the arrival. Only a few airlines still offer transport in the cargo hold and many pets are too big or too many to travel in the cabin. Only one pet per person is allowed. However, when you arrive on the island you will find many good boarding houses if you have to hand in your companion. With the children this is somewhat the other way round. While it is still easy to buy additional places during the flight, it depends on the event whether your children can be accommodated locally. If childcare is required, it must of course be available in the appropriate language. We will be happy to provide you with professional childcare and plan this in our preparations.

How much time do I need for the event planning?

During a first personal consultation we will work out the points that are important to you for your perfect event in Mallorca. Some wishes need more preparation or lead time than others. We work out the optimal event for your occasion of celebration. Of course, we like to work with long-term planning so that we can achieve the really best implementation of your ideas. Ideally, a planning time of 6-9 months, for weddings even one to one and a half year. But we can also organize stunning events on Mallorca at short notice.

We always plan and book service providers on site according to the maximum number of participants you name. There are better conditions depending on the size of the group. As long as the event as a whole still takes place, it is therefore no problem if fewer people take part in the celebration than planned.
